BookedMe Guide for Employees

See your assigned jobs, clock in and out, log mileage, and chat with your manager — all from your phone.

1.Getting Started

Your organization's owner sends you an email invite. Click the link, create your password, and you're in. After that, sign in any time from the login page.

Login page
Sign in with the email your invite was sent to.
Put it on your phone: the dashboard installs like an app. Android shows an Install App button; on iPhone open the site in Safari and use Share → Add to Home Screen.

2.Your Dashboard

Your dashboard shows your upcoming assigned jobs and gives you quick access to Bookings (your jobs), Time (clock in/out), and Organization Chat.

Home base: your jobs and navigation.

3.Your Jobs

The Bookings page lists jobs assigned to you — when, where, who the client is, and any notes from your manager. Prices and payments are handled by the owner, so you won't see money details.

Open a job to see the full details and the owner's notes:

Job detail
Client, time, and service — no payment details to worry about.
Job notes from your manager
Scroll down for who is on the job and the notes your manager left.

Working with someone else

Some jobs are assigned to more than one person. The detail says who else is on it — "Assigned to you, with Alex Morgan" — and everyone on the job sees the same notes and can add photos. Who's on the job is set by your manager; you can't change it.

When you finish a job

Tap Mark Job Complete. That notifies the owner so they can collect payment from the client — you're done. On a two-person job, whoever finishes marks it.

4.Clock In & Out

The Time page is your time clock. Clock in when you start, clock out when you're done, and use the lunch buttons for unpaid breaks — lunch time is deducted automatically.

Clocked in
While clocked in, the timer runs. Start Lunch pauses paid time.

Mileage

After a shift, type the miles you drove into the Miles column of that shift's row. Your manager's report picks it up automatically for reimbursement.

Forgot to clock out? Tell your manager — they can see all time entries and help correct it.

5.Chat With Your Manager

Organization Chat is a direct line to the owner. Ask about jobs, report issues, or confirm schedules — all inside the app.

6.Your Profile

The Profile page holds your name and contact details. Depending on your organization's settings, some sections (like services or schedule) may be managed by the owner.

7.If You Are an Admin

The owner can raise your permission level to Admin. You keep everything above and gain two extra jobs:

Organization card for an admin
Profile → Organization: edit the organization booking page, or open a teammate’s schedule.
Editing the organization booking page
A banner shows whose page you are editing. Click Back to my settings to return to your own account.

Admins can also enter jobs that were booked off the site — a phone call or a walk-in — with + Add Booking on the Bookings page, and assign them in the same form.

Add Booking form as an admin
Same form the owner uses, including assigning the job to a teammate.
Admins never handle the business's money setup: billing, payouts, revenue, invites, removing people, and permission levels remain with the owner.
