Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BookedMe platform. By creating an account or using BookedMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
BookedMe provides an online appointment booking platform that allows service professionals ("Providers") to accept bookings and payments from their clients. BookedMe is not a party to any transaction between a Provider and their clients.
To use BookedMe as a Provider, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to conduct business in your jurisdiction.
Provider access to BookedMe requires a paid monthly subscription of $30 USD per month, following a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
BookedMe uses Stripe to process payments. By accepting payments through BookedMe, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. You are responsible for setting up and maintaining your own Stripe account. BookedMe is not responsible for any payment disputes, chargebacks, or Stripe account issues.
As a Provider, you agree to:
You may not use BookedMe to offer illegal services, harass clients, collect unauthorized personal information, or interfere with the platform's operation.
BookedMe and its content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business information and content you provide.
Your use of BookedMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
BookedMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by Providers or for disputes between Providers and their clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookedMe's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BookedMe after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify Providers of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
